Spotsylvania Courthouse Village is a mixed-use community where residents can walk to nearby shops, restaurants and offices.  Along with a variety of housing options for these residents, we also offer a variety of alternatives for our commercial tenants, including:

 

Block 200 – Although the ground-floor level is currently fully occupied with a variety of commercial tenants, these two buildings initiated the mixed-use experience at the Village.

Block 700Adjacent to Rt. 208 Bypass off Old Old Battlefield Boulevard, at 7415 McLaughlin Boulevard, newly opened Virginia Partners Bank is the first to open in a new multi-tenant building as well as several development pads.

 

Block 900 – Fronting on Old Courthouse Road, development pads are available with convenient access to the Spotsylvania Courthouse Complex and Government Center.

 

Grocery and Convenience-Store Sites – The Village also has available sites for both a grocery and convenience store.
