Spotsylvania Courthouse Village is a mixed-use community where residents can walk to nearby shops, restaurants and offices.  Along with a variety of housing options for these residents, we also offer a variety of alternatives for our commercial tenants, including:

Block 700 – Fronting on the 208 Bypass across the entryway from Block 600, this commercial phase will contain various development pads for use by restaurants, a financial institution and other users.

Grocery and Convenience-Store Sites – The Village also has available sites for both a grocery and convenience store.
